Varietals Mexico Pluma - Organic + Fair-Trade + Shade-Grown : This lovely coffee - from La Trinidad Cooperative in the Pluma region of Oaxaca - boasts notes of chocolate and fruit, a solid body, and a clean aftertaste. Sweet and accessible. This one is quickly becoming a local favorite! Colombia Huila - Shade-Grown : Sweet, mild, and balanced, with a solid character and honeylike aftertaste. Kenya 'AA' : This coffee - from the Ichamara co-op - is exceptionally sweet and savory, with notes of raspberry and plum side by side with the characteristic black currant. The 'nose' of this cup alone is well worth the trip. Espresso Toscano: Roasted and blended in the Italian caffe dolce ('sweet coffee') tradition, this blend delivers everything: sweet and mild, with notes of caramel, hazelnut, and dark chocolate - the perfect foundation for a latte, macchiato, cappuccino, or mocha.
