This is a nice, 1300 S.F. single-level home with three bedrooms, 2 baths, and a wonderful great room.

Multiple story with a wrap around porch, this house has it all- formal dining room, family room, and large master suite.
Plus the necessary great room!

The Spring Valley
A great retreat with a large great room in the center and wings to either side that encompass bedrooms or kitchen and dining.
Square footage is 1800 with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths.

The Laurel Ridge
This model has additional front window dormers added. The house is easily adapted to multiple uses. Post and beam construction enables each customer to arrange the rooms as they need to.
