Smoking Pig BBQ Sauce is new, but it has been around for awhile. I have been cooking bbq pork for 20 some years for my church and fire department and have used my sauce with right much success. North Carolina is famous for its bbq sauces. Smoking Pig is a vinegar base sauce as compared to the tomato base.
