SCV Home Internet Services specializes in three main areas: Internet Training, Repair/Installation, and Product Research.
Our belief moves along the lines that when people have more knowledge, they can make better decisions on how to use their time, effort, money, and goodwill. Along with this goes the ability to create a better quality of life and the ability to keep things in good repair. And when the things of life can be held in good repair, that means a good deal of research went into the quality and workmanship of the product.
This is our mission in a nutshell: to help you get the most out of the Internet.

INTERNET TRAINING
We provide One Hour Internet Lessons, Basic, Advanced and Customized Training on a wide variety of Internet topics.
Topics include: Email, Web, Internet Security, and Research.
If you simply have miscellaneous Internet questions, we can also help you with simple and in-depth answers.

INTERNET REPAIR / INSTALLATION
When your Internet Connection goes down or the computer starts acting "funny" (slow computer; strange pages pop up, other), this poses an issue to the user. We come in, get a description of the problem, isolate what's happening, and fix it.
If the problem is software related, it usually can be fixed on the spot (case by case basis). If the problem is hardware related, we can either install the hardware or give instruction on what needs to be done.

PRODUCT RESEARCH
This service is provided for those who need a better understanding of the issues surrounding their product purchase (how good is it compared to other products; will it work correctly on my machine; is this a good price, etc.) and those aren't sure what piece(s) of equipment they need to purchase (scanner, webcam, digital camera, etc.) to do a particular job.
