We provide One Hour Internet Lessons, Basic, Advanced and Customized Training on a wide variety of Internet topics. Topics include: Email, Web, Internet Security, and Research. If you simply have miscellaneous Internet questions, we can also help you with simple and in-depth answers.

INTERNET REPAIR / INSTALLATION

When your Internet Connection goes down or the computer starts acting "funny" (slow computer; strange pages pop up, other), this poses an issue to the user. We come in, get a description of the problem, isolate what's happening, and fix it. If the problem is software related, it usually can be fixed on the spot (case by case basis). If the problem is hardware related, we can either install the hardware or give instruction on what needs to be done.
