Otter Creek Trout Farm is known as The Home of the Jumbo Rainbow. We specialize in providing 8+ lb. trophy-sized Rainbow Trout to our stocking customers, but we also have sizes ranging from 2 oz. to 5+lb. for all your stocking needs. Call for Pricing. Delivery Available. We also offer 1/2 mile of streamed stocked for anglers, by appointment. Spend a 1/2 day or whole day in our natural stream environment. No license required. Guiding can be provided. Minimum 2 persons. Call ahead to schedule your angling experience.

Trout Tours & Farm Tours

We specialize in trout tours and farm tours for school & church groups and the public. Come spend the day on a working farm, or spend an hour with us learning about the aquaculture industry's history in western North Carolina supporting local farmers, and a more healthful lifestyle by eating farm-fresh rainbow trout. We are open for tours on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to sunset, year-round. Since we are a working farm, please call ahead to schedule your trout tour.

Heart & Brain Healthy Rainbow Trout

Otter Creek offers farm-fresh trout, whole or fillet, for sale on-site direct to the consumer. We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to sunset, year-round. Since we are a working farm, you can either call ahead to place your order or come by our farm during the above hours. We're happy to share our recipes and tips for cooking our trout as well. Also, we're glad to let the consumer know about trout's Omega3's and adding trout as part of a balanced heart & brain healthy diet.
