Oakland Cottage is a Bed & Breakfast, with a wonderful in town location, close to the entrance of the Biltmore Estate (1.5mi) and the heart of Downtown Asheville (1.5mi), just off Biltmore Avenue. Ambience abounds in this 1910, Arts & Crafts style "Cottage". Reserve a Suite: each of the four Suites has two spacious & family friendly rooms, a private full bath, hairdryer, soaps & shampoos, coffee maker, cable TV & cozy sitting & breakfast nook, some with mini-fridge, microwave & private deck. Or, reserve The Whole Cottage(excepting the Inn Keeper's Apartment). With a capacity for up to 20 guests (a bit more with children), the Cottage is perfect for family & friends gatherings wedding groups & small retreat style meetings. Large common areas provide additional indoor & outdoor guest space, as well as added conveniences, including a full amenity kitchen.

The Whole Cottage
Oakland Cottage is popular to rent in its entirety (minus the Inkeepers' Apt.). With ample porches, decks, wonderful common areas and a one acre yard, the Cottage works wonderfully for family reunions and small retreat style meetings. When reserving the Whole Cottage, ADD $10/night per guest to the above rates if you would like to include a self-serve breakfast and daily maid service, minimum $595 nightly with full services. Add 10.75% taxes to all totals. Pets accepted, $15 per pet per night.
