From I-40, traveling East or West, take Exit 50
Follow exit ramp signs towards "Biltmore Estate" & "A-B Technical College", heading North on US 25 as you exit.
Stay in the right-hand lane as you head towards downtown Asheville
You will come to a "Y" type intersection as you enter the Biltmore Village area, where you will pass through the light staying on Biltmore Ave. in the right-hand lane (DO NOT get onto McDowell St in the two left lanes)
Stay on Biltmore Ave. for about 1 mile until you come to the Mission Memorial Hospital emergency exit
Just past the emergency exit, turn left onto Victoria Road
Go 0.4 miles on Victoria Road
Turn right onto Oakland Road
74 Oakland Cottage is approximately 200 yards down on the right side of the road
Ample FREE parking in circular drive area in front of cottage
From I-240, take Exit 5B
Take the Charlotte Street exit (South)
Stay on Charlotte Street until you come to Biltmore Ave
Turn left onto Biltmore Ave
Go 3 traffic lights and turn right onto Victoria Road (near the emergency exit for Mission Memorila Hospital).
Turn right onto Victoria Road
Go 0.4 miles on Victoria Road
Turn right onto Oakland Road
74 Oakland Cottage is approximately 200 yards down on the right side of the road
Ample FREE parking in circular drive area in front of cottage
