Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcome - please contact me for information and photos of previous projects such as wedding invitations and custom color-matched photo mats. Classes: Making paper is a process that involves many senses - the sound of the water swishing over the mold, the aroma of essential oils and botanicals, fresh paper smoothing under the touch, colors revealing themselves as the newly formed sheets dry. Come take a class and experience it for yourself! Classes for adults and children are designed for the beginning papermaker to learn basic and advanced techniques. About Your Handmade Paper: I strive to use local plants and recycled materials in my paper in addition to unbleached cotton, abaca, and flax fibers. Occasionally the paper may include sizing to reduce ink feathering, or a buffer to reduce acidity. These and other special notes about materials specific to your purchase may be found at the bottom of the label. Unframed pieces are mounted for display on foam core board with removable double-stick tape. Keeping your paper in a dry place out of direct sunlight will preserve it for years of enjoyment.
