We are located only 3 miles north of hwy. 143 on hwy.28 in Graham County, just 10 minutes from Fontana Dam. The mountain views are spectacular! CALENDAR of EVENTS: Come join us for all the fun! All of our craft items are handmade by local artisans. Mountain Memories features a unique blend of crafts, antiques and collectibles displayed in an historic, century old original log cabin built on Yellow Creek.

The fishing creel basket is one of many hand-made, hand-dyed baskets available at MOUNTAIN MEMORIES in Graham County, North Carolina. Others include back pack, pie, tote, jelly, garlic, and onion baskets, just to name a few.

Our shop offers basket weaving classes on a regular basis. BASKETS,native wood cutting boards, handquilted wall hangings, bird houses, gourds, beeswax candles, POTTERY, homespun dolls are just a sampling of the arts and crafts you'll find at MOUNTAIN MEMORIES.
