MOUNTAIN MEMORIES is a new craft and antique gallery located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains in the Tuskeegee area of Graham County, North Carolina. The gallery features handmade crafts created by many local artisans. Some of the items available for purchase are gourds, handpainted decoys, jewelry, hand woven baskets, wreaths, beeswax candles, natural herbal soaps, cornhusk dolls, pottery, country crafts, framed local photography, and intarsia wood items. MOUNTAIN MEMORIES also has a nice collection of unique antiques and collectibles at reasonable prices. Our gallery has recently relocated. The gallery is now located on hwy. 28N about 14 miles off of 19/74, between Almond and Fontana in an historic old log cabin (formerly the Johnny Reb) in Tuskeegee. Hours: June to October- Monday through Saturday 10AM. to 4PM. Off season Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10 to 4. CLOSED JAN. AND FEB. Come and see the beautiful MOUNTAINS of western North Carolina, and take home some MEMORIES!
