Our three styles of Qigong include Silk Reeling or Spiraling energy, Qi Amplification using the Pa Kua and River patterns, as well as I Chuan or standing meditation. Push Hands is taught for sport competion and martial application. These include Qi Na techniques. Our traditional Long Fist martial arts is usage oriented and is based upon the internal arts of taiji/hsing I/and bagua. We teach weapons and Chinese philosohy.
