Fullam Creamery is now offering ?farm fresh? cheeses and dairy products made from top-quality cow?s milk produced at the Fullam Dairy, in operation for four generations. The family-owned creamery and dairy are located in the Etowah area near Hendersonville in Western North Carolina. Traditional, Hispanic-style fresh cheeses are made and sold locally at the Fullam Creamery to fill the demand by food markets, specialty grocers, and fine restaurants. The fresh taste that is characteristic of these special cheeses can only be experienced soon after they are made. Fullam Creamery is the only producer of these cheeses in the region.
