Cane Creek Asparagus & Company CSA
Cane Creek Asparagus & Company is a family owned and operated farm. One of the longest running CSAs in WNC, we are the original Cane Creek CSA farm in Buncombe County. Each season we grow over sixty varieties of vegetables for our farm share boxes. 100% of our farm income is derived from our CSA sales. Only vegetables grown on our family farm will be put into your CSA Box. Excess food is delivered to shelters and food banks. Nothing our land provides is wasted. All applications are hand applied. Drip irrigation comes from a monitored, quality water source. A solar system powers the majority of our farming operation electrical needs. Serving our community and sharing our bountiful harvest while maintaining an economically viable farming operation is our goal. We strive to bring professionalism to the business along with our enthusiasm for the soil and our passion for providing our customers and members with the freshest seasonal food available. At Cane Creek Asparagus & Company we tend to the gardens ourselves and we eat our own vegetables twelve months a year! Food safety concerns have always been a top priority on our farm. We ask our CSA Members to do their part as consumers. We recommend washing all vegetables under running water before eating!
