The original part of the house was a cabin, set here in 1840. The original exposed logs add ambience to the dining area, original rock fireplaces & large stone hearths (now all gas - for convenience & safety). The rest of the house was added on in a major renovation in 1890 when the home became a country inn. Almost lost to us and in great disrepair, the Brigman House had yet another extensive makeover in 2004 when all the modern conveniences were added to the charm of yesteryear. The Brigman House will accommodate up to 15 guests.

One of the 5 bedrooms, the Rose Room with Queen bed, full & private bath with spa tub & shower comination. In-room fireplace with gas logs, delightful tiling, original hardwood floors, wallpaper, comfy towels & sheets wrap you in a casual luxury you will want to come back to!!

Perhaps the master bedroom, this King bedroom has a full & private bath - in room spa tub, original rock fireplace with gas logs, original hardwood floors, bead board walls.

A creek & views!

Children & adults alike love a creek! This bold creek runs right into Reems creek. A delightful bridge crosses over to the neighbor, BreakAway cabin (all new construction in 2004). You may add the BreakAway cabin to your reservation for added space.

Open the windows of this delightful bedroom and listen to the creek sounds all night long. Enjoy the spa tub & full bath with delightful tiling & wallpaper, through light & bright double French doors.
