Nightly rates Memorial Day - Labor Day, October & Holidays
$415 nightly, $2275 weekly, plus 6.75% tax, minimum 5 night stay, inquire about shorter stays on short notice (within 30 days of check-in date).
Walk into the 1400 square foot open & spacious living area with open kitchen, dining room, living area & TV area with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Post & Beam detail, hardwood floors, expansive floor to ceiling west facing windows, two rock fireplaces, one with woodstove insert, all add to the "cabin" ambience of Asheville Mountain Vista.

Enjoy the sunsets from just about every room in the house - or from the hot tub on the deck. Ample decking around the home on two floors, rock patio with outdoor rock fireplace, provide the visitor with a breathtaking setting for added outdoor enjoyment & outdoor living space.

Shoulder Season Rates:
$375 nightly, $2100 weekly, add 6.75% taxes to all totals, minimum 3 night stay, inquire about 2 night stay on short notice (within 30 days of check-in date, $415 nightly for short stays).
There are four bedrooms, three of which have additional direct access to the second floor large deck. Large & plentiful windows take in the lovely views. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Double, 2 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Capacity: 10+ guests - great for small group gatherings & family & friend reunions.

Winter Rates:
Stay with us January - March for extra savings: nightly rates: $335, weekly rates: $1895.
April to Memorial Day Weekend, after Labor Day - 1st Thursday in October, November (excepting Thanksgiving week) through last Thursday before December 25th: nightly rates $335, weekly rates: $2200, minimum 3 night stay
Add 6.75% taxes to all totals

Non-refundable booking fee
Cancellation policy: 50% total due to hold a reservation refundable minus a $35 booking up until 60 days prior to check-in date at which time full payment is due. Within 60 days of check-in payment is non-refundable. Should a cancellation occur within 60 days of check-in date and we are able to rebook, any amount rebooked minus the $35 booking fee, will be reimbursed.
Linens provided, starter paper supplies, Washer/Dryer, two indoor Rock Fireplaces, 1 with woodstove, 1 outdoor Rock Fireplace, Gas Grill, Central Air conditioning, Telephone (local out calls only), Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Cooking utensils (fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking!), Satellite TV with DVD player, two car garage.
2 night minimum stay, 3-5 night minimums apply for some holiday weeks & summer months.
Miscellaneous fees:
6.75% NC State taxes apply, except for stays 30 days or longer.
Security deposit required, fully refundable upon acceptable check-out.
Pets allowed: $15 per pet per day or $75/pet per stay, whichever is less
